Adieu Roasters is Pleased to Introduce Ethan Jolly!

Hey Everyone!

I am so pleased to be able to meet you all and I can't wait to build a relationship with each and everyone one of you! My name is Ethan Jolly and I got my start in the coffee industry about a year and a half ago when I decided to get a job as a barista here in downtown Blue Ridge. There I learned all the tricks of the trade, latte art that impresses, excellent milk texture, and most importantly I learned to develop my palate. Through this experiment I learned that the most important aspect to making an excellent beverage is starting with an excellent base, in our case a fantastic coffee! I found myself wishing that I could have a more active role in developing my drinks to their fullest potential, and so I teamed up with my best friend to start Adieu Roasters! This has honestly been one of the most arduous journeys that I have ever attempted and I am so fortunate to live in a community to cherishes its local businesses. Without the support of our incredible community none of this would have been possible. At the end of the day I simply want to provide coffee that is made in and for this community and I want it to be a product held to the highest possible standard.
