Panthera's crown jewel still shines bright as a medium roast and creates a phenomonal espresso or drip coffee. Taking the roast a little darker allowed more of the chocolate notes to shine through and toning down some brightnes allows us to create a near perfect espresso. Tasting of milk chocolate, dried fruit and a lingering taste of red apple.
