Les Étoiles offers a vibrant profile of milk chocolate, mandarin orange, roasted hazelnut, and stone fruit. From the beginning, we knew that mandarin orange had to shine, standing out like a brilliant star at the heart of this coffee's character. Crafted to highlight citrus from light to dark, Les Étoiles carries the brightness of orange all the way through to its darkest roast, where it’s complemented by deep, rich chocolate notes. Meanwhile, roasted hazelnut and stone fruit add balance and depth, grounding the cup and completing the performance.
 
This Colombian roast comes from multiple smallholder farms in the Pitalito region of Huila, Colombia, where local farmers are given the opportunity to sell their green coffee beans. Our supplier pays above market price and provides training to help farmers manage challenges that may arise throughout the year. With the addition of this new roast, we have decided in lieu of the supplier donating 5%, we will donate another 5% making it 10% total from our profits straight into our own community.
